This app is a modified version of the open source app "BodyweightFitness". This is the recommended routine for r/bodyweight fitness.
This app is a guided routine for the recommended workout in r/bodyweight fitness covering Warm Up, Skill Work, and Stength Work and all of their progressions.
This app is a modified version of the open source app "BodyweightFitness" with the following updates:
-Updated Icon
-Updated Name
-New Colors
-Less clutter
-More noticeable "Start Workout" button
The initial app is great, I just had a few small design issues so I made them myself. Now I am sharing those with you.
